Producer & Marketing Head
Ever imagined that anyone who worked as a coordinator and HR in an educational institution would end up working in a creative field? Sabrina went through a radical Moodswing and decided to take a leap of faith to work at a creative agency and has since then never looked back. She sits at her comfortable and cosy workspace where she contemplates and loves talking about everything under the sun over a plate of delicious food, leading her new life where she embraces the chaos and pressure of being a producer with grace. She creates dreams wherever she goes but when it comes down to it, if you need something, she'll make sure it is done because a simple Moodswing can make everything happen. She'd love to tell you more stories over a plate of her favourite cookies.
Hailing from generations of entrepreneurs, Puneet's childhood revolved around being brought up by a business family. He initially followed in his family's footsteps and oversaw wheat flour manufacturing and a petrol pump business, but he decided to become a producer because of a simple Moodswing. He started as a line producer and now has 5 years of experience in producing ad films. Being a numbers guy, he is all about quality in production, and having said that, he has finally achieved one of his dreams.
Creative Director & Film Maker
A dedicated salesperson with experience in Nerolac Paints and LIC, Hari later became a creative director and is now also a filmmaker because of a simple Moodswing that happened on a rainy summer night in 2018. His experiences have led him to create content that strikes conversations by creating a Moodswing.
Ad Film Director
Jyothish is an Ad film Director who started working in this field after having completed graduation and post-graduation in filmmaking. He has been working as an Assistant Director with several well-known, talented directors. He has worked with various leading brands such as Cult.fit, Mind.fit, Eat.fit, Swiggy, Uber, Tata Mutual Funds, Reliance Trends, Xiaomi, MI Phone, Hilti, Bosch, Smartron, and more. Recently, one of the projects he had worked on, for Dentsu Webchutney - ‘Swiggy, Voice of Hunger Challenge’ won 3 Cannes Lions Awards.
He tells stories, in every form of it. He tells stories that people like to share. And, he creates it from almost everything, including nothing!
His life – from a newspaper boy to a failed farmer to an interviewer to a journalist to a hitch-hiker to a marketeer to an entrepreneur to a brand storyteller - fuels him with more ideas than his career at some of India’s biggest Media Houses including All India Radio, Express Group, Malayala Manorama or the stalwart organisations like GE, Samsung, BPL, Fortis Healthcare, Medimix, The Hindu, etc.
Worked across multiple creative channels including web, print, motion, social media, and interactive projects by uncovering new opportunities and driving change, he builds multi-dimensional brand experiences with transformational thought leadership to drive growth. Optimising the relentlessly relevant brands through customer insights and unlocking uncommon growth by focusing on solutions such as brand, activation, marketing, sales, culture, experience, and innovation, powered by digital, he enables change in the critical areas by intrinsic human insights.
In between, he founded Out There Communications, Color Doppler Media, Sound Effect, Medestino, Write Left And Centre, Social Streamz.
When he is not working, he runs to nowhere, alone!
